2" Poly Filter Mats are a standard in the pond industry.
Included with many Biofalls from the factory. Filters moderate to coarse particulates but does not catch fine materials. Allows good water flow.
Used in all Aquascape Classic Biofalls from the factory.
Aquascape Signature Biofalls use a black 2" Filter Mat that is the same as the
2" white but is a thicker & heavier material, catching more debris and allowing for more bacterial surface area.
Most Filter Mats need
to be replaced annually to achieve proper filtration performance.
